We wish to inform you that due to the escalation of rising Covid-19 cases and to ensure safety of citizen in Malaysia, our Prime Minister has declared a third round nationwide Movement Control Order from 15th April 2020 unil 28th April 2020. Henceforth, our company will also be close for the above mentioned period subject to the approval of government to operate during MCO. Your understanding on the matter is very much appreciated, and we do apologize for the inconvenience.
Malaysia government's today has announced of extension Movement Control Order (MCO) until 14th April 2020. Uni Machinery will temporarily close office in Malaysia effective Thursday, 26 March 2020 until further notice.
In line with the Government of Malaysia's announcement by the Prime Minister on 16th March 2020 on the Movement Control Order, we have taken the appropriate steps to limit the exposure of our employees and for the safety well being of our customers and also for the community. Please take note with effect from 18th March 2020, we will be temporary close until 31st of March 2020. Business resume on 1st April 2020 subject to further notice from our government. We are implementing work from home program and stepping up our Business Continuity plan. Our employees will try their best effort to assist you.
